Remix My Workout Session

One Session to Remix, Refresh, and Refocus 

  • 45 minute session to REMIX, REFRESH, & REFOCUS  your workout in order to break any training plateaus and ensure steady progress towards your fitness goals.
  • This is not a full personal training session.
  • Clients will perform 1 set of each exercise so an assessment of form & strength can be made.
  • After the session, your workout will be customized by Dr Rox and then programmed into an app for personal use.
  • It is recommend that you “REMIX YOUR WORKOUT” every 3-5 weeks.

TOTAL: $75 – $125  

Health & Wellness Coaching

When trying to learn or improve a skill, it helps to have an experienced coach to guide, educate, support, and hold you accountable along the way…right? After all, even the most seasoned athletes have coaches! So as it relates to your very own health and wellness goals, it only makes sense that you too, have a coach to help you turn your intentions into successful actions and help you navigate the twists and turns along the way.

Dr. Rox is a Health & Wellness Psychologist AND a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Her PASSION is helping people rewire their brain to create sustainable healthy changes!  Whether you want to lose weight, quit smoking, improve your stress management skills, or better manage a serious health condition such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol, Dr. Rox is ready, willing and excited to help you!

WHY DR. ROX?  Most Certified Health Coaches do not have the extensive educational background, nor the 23 years of experience she possesses. In addition to her health coaching certification, she has a doctoral degree in the study of health behavior change and an undeniable innate passion for helping others succeed!

Dr. Rox conducts wellness consults/coaching sessions in person, via Skype, Zoom or by phone. During your wellness consult/coaching session, Dr. Rox will help you to develop a customized plan to improve your current lifestyle habits so you can experience not only a healthier life, but a happier one as well. All follow-up sessions will focus on identifying obstacles, adjusting your plan as needed, eliciting self-motivation, and keeping you focused on your goals!

Fitness Plans

Dr. Rox is ready to whip you into shape in person or from afar! From group fitness classes and one-on-one personal training sessions (in personal & virtual),  to customized workout plans delivered via app or online, she can help you achieve your fitness goals no matter how close or how far.

Her passion and train hard or go home attitude, paired with her personal battle with rheumatoid arthritis has taught her how to help those who face similar physical limitations how to reach their fitness goals, despite the odds!

Personal Training Packages and Fitness Boot Camps can be combined with Health Coaching Packages to create a comprehensive approach which will include all factors affecting your fitness goals (nutrition, stress, sleep, metabolism, etc) , superior accountability, and fast track you to achieving sustainable results! 

Meal Planning Consult

If thinking about how to plan healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is mentally exhausting, then this 1.5 – 2 hour consultation is for you.  Dr. Rox will come to your kitchen to teach you tips and tricks that will take the stress out of planning healthy, tasty, meals and snacks.

Whether you are an on-go individual with a hectic schedule, don’t enjoy cooking, are getting bored with the same meals, or have a house full of picky eaters, this hands-on consultation is for you!

If you fail to plan your meals ahead of time, you are planning to fail at adopting healthy eating as a lifestyle.

Dr. Rox will assess the contents of your pantry and refrigerator to get an accurate snapshot of your meal planning tools, ingredients, and cooking habits. She will then identify your meal planning personality,  teach you how to be proactive about healthy meal planning,  overcome obstacles ahead of time, and make smart food choices based on your schedule and dietary goals. Grocery Shopping Consult

This 75-90 minute guided grocery shopping consultation will teach you how to effectively navigate the grocery store to make health savvy choices for you and your family.

Choosing foods based solely on the words on the front of the packaging is not enough! You MUST read & understand the nutritional content on the back.

Dr. Rox will meet you at your local grocery store and guide you through the aisles you frequent most often to help you better understand misleading product labels, teach you how to read nutritional content labels, select healthy snacks, and decide when to eat organic or gluten free foods.

Stress Management Coaching
