Trapped By The Comfort Zone

Have your staff, committee members, or volunteers retreated into the comfort zone? The place where no risks are taken, initiative has evaporated, and new ideas are far and few between?  Dr. Rox will challenge your participants to get a little uncomfortable by stepping outside of the “comfort zone”. This high energy workshop will have your participants not only stepping out of their comfort zone, but stepping up to new challenges.  (This workshop can be adapted to fit general audiences. The message will motivate them to step outside of the mental boundary that has kept them from accomplishing goals and fulfilling dreams.)

Domestic Violence Survivorship

Dr. Rox is a domestic violence survivor. While in her undergraduate years in New Jersey, she was stalked by an ex-boyfriend, kidnapped, raped, tortured, stabbed 18 times and buried in a shallow grave. Her story is powerful and inspirational!

Roxane’s story & love of life is refreshing and inspiring. Being aware of yourself and the limits we put on ourselves is the only step needed to progress & grow. Awareness of self brings pro action and not only is productive of self but also for the clients those of us have chosen to help.
